No elevators necessitating ground floor requests!!! The outdoor area lacks seating, which would enhance the beautiful views!!! Inconsistent hot water supply can disrupt morning routines!!!

The staff was welcoming, making sure our stay was comfortable. We really enjoyed the water pressure in the shower, and the memory foam mattress was a nice touch for a good night's sleep. The location was convenient, with attractions just a short drive away. However, the breakfast options were quite basic and could use more variety.

I loved how easy it was to explore nearby landmarks like the Fred Harman Art Museum, just a short walk away, and enjoy the serene views at Yamaguchi Park, which is only around 4 km from my hotel. it made my weekend adventure truly memorable! For fellow weekend travelers, the hotel offers a cozy stay after a long day of walking and exploring the local culture, but the room cleanliness could use some attention for an all-around great experience.

We stayed at the Hillside Inn for a family reunion and had a wonderful experience. The staff was not only friendly but also went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The kids loved the spacious rooms and enjoyed the free breakfast each morning, giving us extra time to explore the beautiful hiking trails nearby.

My kids wished there were more activities for them at the hotel. The game room could use some updating to keep children engaged.
